Design & Build of new HVAC system to Hangar 11, comprising of new air handling units with associated ductwork, new chilled water pipework distribution system, hot tapping break-in to existing district cooling network, electrical power and BMS network.
Mechanical Works
- Supply and installation of 7no. Air-Handling Units including all required supports, accessories, and condensate drain piping.
- Supply and installation of GI Ducts with thermal insulation, complete with accessories such as Volume Control Dampers (VCDs), fittings, and supports.
- Supply and installation CHW distribution pipework including hot tapping of existing District Cooling supply
Electrical Works
- Provision of electrical power supply for the package units (approx. 800 kW).
- Supply and installation of power and control cables (approx. 100m), including wiring terminations, isolators, and a dedicated distribution board for HVAC equipment.
BMS Works
- Supply and installation of a Building Management System (BMS) interface for HVAC systems, including new Direct Digital Controllers (DDCs) for monitoring and control.
